QL.Admin provides administration for traditional life insurance, deferred annuities, and health insurance policies. An additional module is available for interest-sensitive and universal life products. QL.Admin is being used to administer start-up companies, orphaned blocks of traditional policies, and established companies with as few as 1,000 and as many as 350,000 policies. The system provides processing capabilities for policy issue, policy edits, policy maintenance (lapses, nonforfeiture, claims, surrenders, loans), underwriting requirements, billing, premium collection, export of accounting data, agent advances and commissions, reserve valuations and customized utility functions.

QL.Admin combines the affordability of an off-the-shelf product with the flexibility of a custom-tailored application. If your company needs functionality outside the robust system's current scope, it can be created for you. If we find the upgrade to be of mutual benefit to all, we will share costs with the customer for the development.

QL.Admin runs on a 32-bit Windows-based platform and can be implemented on most major PC networks including Windows 95/98, and Windows NT/2000/XP. The system is programmed in Computer Associates' Visual Objects; a true object-oriented, 32-bit programming language. QL.Admin uses the familiar xBase database format with client/server processing enabled via Extended Systems' Advantage Database Server.
